Those students who show a financial need, a desire to know more about real estate, and are willing to work with iProperties Hawaii as an agent or as a referring agent, or as a client.

Tuition Reimbursement Program
Abe Lee Seminars and iProperties Hawaii have developed an exciting program where you can earn extra income by becoming a referral agent. Take the prelicense school from Abe, pass the school and state exam, join a referral company, refer one client to iProperties Hawaii and you will be reimbursed the school tuition and earn 20% of the commission for every lead that ends up in a sale. This is a great way to earn extra money without being involved in the real estate transaction.

You are encouraged to take the state exam and get your real estate license and earn referral commissions without doing any work in real estate.
