"No Pass No Pay"
If you do not pass the School Final Exam by 70% or better, you may attend the School one additional time free of charge as long as it is done within 6 months from the School final exam.

Class times may be subject to change and Real Estate Commission approval, call to confirm.

Prelicensing Session #4 - June 16 - July 18, 2026
Per REC rules: 60 instructional hours & 4 hours for final exam
Length of course: 3 days a week, 4 weeks

No school week of June 29 - July 4 for the holiday

• Tuesdays: June 16, 23, July 7 & 14 - 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• Thursdays: June 18, 25, July 9 & 16 - 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• Saturdays: June 20, 27, July 11 & 18 - 08:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Final Exam: Saturday, July 18 - 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
