Overview - Pre-Licensing

Abe Lee Seminars (ALS) is committed to providing the very best pre-licensing education classes for our community. Students enrolling in our school will be taught the principles and practices of real estate in Hawaii. Students who successfully pass the course requirements will be given a Certificate of Successful Completion to satisfy the educational requirement to take the State Licensing Examination for Real Estate Salesperson.
Abe Lee serves as the primary instructor and school principal for the school. Abe holds a B.A. in Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Utah specializing in Problem Solving Methods and Critical Thinking Process. Over the years, Abe has taught over 4,000 students in various aspects of the real estate business. In addition to his teaching background, Abe is also the owner of his own development business specializing in condominium conversion of single-family homes and apartments, and is the Principal Broker for Abe Lee Realty, with 100+ agents.
Class Location
Classes will be held at 1585 Kapiolani Blvd. Ste. 1518. Park at the top level by Macy's (Ala Moana Center).
Total Course Cost: $450 (Prices Include Registration Fee & Book Fee)
