Hawaii Real Estate Law Update and Agency Overview
This course summarizes the 2007 and 2008 law changes and has been broken up into 2 courses - parts A and B. Both courses must be completed to satisfy licensing requirements.
Part A deals with the duties of a real estate professional related to agency representation. Interesting case studies highlight issues associated with transactions involving single, dual, and designated agency.
Part B deals with changes to the disclosure law, what must be disclosed, lead paint disclosure, C-51 inspections, statute of limitations, changes to the notorious incident disclosure requirements and more.
