In today's troubling economy, over 3,000 foreclosures were filed in 1999 and Hawaii has had record breaking numbers file for bankruptcies. This course will teach you the process involved in HUD, VA, Judicial and Non-Judicial Foreclosures, Bankruptcies and Short Sales. You will learn how to help your clients deal with the lenders if they are in default and understand the processes involved. You will also learn how to buy the foreclosed properties for your clients through the HUD and VA programs and how to bid on Judicial Foreclosed properties. This course is timely, practical and full of new information that most licensees do not know.
