This course will discuss the various aspects of what is included in a survey, the differences between a staking, perimeter survey and an ALTA survey and when the 3 types are used. Problems with closure in a survey, how to handle discrepancies between what is on a survey map and what is actually in the field will be discussed. The two most important inspections in the purchase of real estate will be discussed and what licensees and buyers should know in this process will be introduced. What is and is not included in the reports and the buyer's ability to read the reports properly is crucial to the purchase. Habits and how to handle rats, roaches and termites will be introduced. This section is a fascinating study of the 3 most destructive and horrible pests that invade the homes.
