Understanding Contracts - Part II

Part II is a new class approved by the REC and will cover DROA Paragraphs C-2 to C-50. This class will discuss how to describe the property, inclusions or exclusions, closing date, extensions, prorations, escrow, closing costs, risk of loss, tenancies, contingencies, termination of contract, financing contingencies, mortgage loan application, mediation, arbitration, title issues, seller's responsibilities, HARPTA, FIRPTA, staking, surveying, encroachments, seller's disclosures, asbestos and other hazardous materials, sex offender registration. Many critical issues will be introduced and why you need to know how to explain them to your clients.
